Service Description

The ‘Inspire Navigator Program’ is a professional development opportunity for girls and women ages 18-24 who are looking to gain hands-on leadership experience. In these intimate online settings, the girls will have the opportunity to be trained by some of the top female coaches in Canada. The skills they gain will be transferable to all paths of life outside this program. Through the program, learning skills and knowledge gained throughout the pathway will be reinforced. Strengthening communication skills is another focus of the program as we believe having strong communication skills is key to being a strong leader and having a successful career. The girls and women will be able to further connect with like-minded, motivated people while strengthening personal and professional relationships. We have designed the program with the philosophy that the best way to learn is by doing and we do this by providing active opportunities and practical guidance. All sessions are online Fridays from 12:00PM - 1:30PM EST. Dates: September 13th, 2024 September 27th, 2024 October 11th, 2024 October 25th, 2024 November 8th, 2024 November 22nd, 2024 Individual meeting is scheduled around your availability Sessions are recorded if you are unable to attend one of these dates.
