NIKKI CARNOVALE

Co-Founder

As a junior, Nikki Carnovale was a top Nationally ranked tennis player in Canada. After having represented the country on the Canadian Junior Fed Cup Team and competing in various International events, she played university tennis for the York University Lions leading them to a National Championship. Nikki received her Bachelor of Commerce Degree from York University and is currently an Advanced Coaching Diploma Candidate with the Coaching Association of Canada. She is a Tennis Canada certified Coach 2, Coach 3 Candidate and Club Professional 2. Since specializing in high performance coaching, Nikki has started running the progressive tennis program at Peak Performance Tennis Academy. As part of her role within Tennis Canada, Nikki has travelled with top Canadian juniors to international events including Eddie Herr, Junior Fed Cup and the Open Super 12 Auray. She has worked with Ontario’s top players in the PTC Program and is involved in the coaching certification stream at Tennis Canada as a Course Facilitator.

RACHEL GOULD

Co-Founder

As a provincially and nationally-ranked junior player, Rachel received an NCAA tennis scholarship to Flagler College in Florida. Rachel has a B.A in Sports Management/Business Administration from Flagler College and furthermore, Rachel was the NCAA collegiate Assistant Coach for Flagler Men’s and Women’s tennis teams. Rachel is certified by Tennis Canada as a Coach 3 and one of 3 female Club Professional 3 coaches nationwide. She is also certified in Wheelchair Tennis, and as a Tennis Professional by the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR).  Currently a Head Tennis Professional, Rachel has over 15 years of extensive coaching experience in Toronto, Canada, and internationally in Florida and Australia. Rachel is a Tennis Canada Coach Developer/Course Facilitator, and a Community Tennis consultant. She has worked on many grassroot level initiatives with various community organizations, with the Ontario Tennis Association, and in the Development Department at Tennis Canada.
